Pricing & Booking

The house in Rue Saint Roman can be rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) from May to September (inclusive).

For the remainder of the year a minimum rental period of three nights is required.

HIGH SEASON JULY-AUGUST
Price per week (Saturday to Saturday): 500 € (approx.)
Plus cleaning(*), 40 € – pr. stay

LOW SEASON
Price per week (Saturday to Saturday) from 300 € (approx.)
Price per night from 45 €
Plus cleaning and bills (**), 40 € – pr. stay

Sizeable discounts are available for longer stays, and the house can also be rented on a monthly basis during the winter months.

(**) Cleaning is mandatory and covers the cleaning after departure, and preparation of linen and towels previous to your arrival. Bills cover metered electricity consumption for the duration of your stay.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Booking:

You will hear from us within three days with the availability confirmation, a list of terms & conditions and payment information. Payment must be made after we have contacted you to confirm the house is available for rental and the booking will be validated after the funds have reached our account.

If a booking is cancelled, a refund is only applicable if we find  someone else to cover the period in question.

Please note:

No smoking & No pets

No parties or loud music after 10 p.m. out of courtesy to our neighbours.

Let us know:

If you break something you will be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing it. If something isn’t working properly in the house, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us so we can arrange to get it fixed.

Keys:

The person meeting you at the house will give you one or two sets of keys. If you lose them, a replacement set will be charged at a cost of 30€.

Arrival:

Our caretaker will receive you at the house after 2 p.m. and you’re welcome to contact him/her while you’re in Uzès with any questions you may have. A week before arrival, we will forward you detailed instructions with contact information and directions to help you get to the house.

Departure/cleaning:

We kindly ask you to vacate the house before noon (12 p.m.) to give the cleaner time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please note there is a mandatory departure cleaning charge of €40 Euros.
